We had the pleasure of shooting the new restaurant Botanica at South Lodge on the outskirts of Horsham for future magazine advertising and for a meal review editorial feature.
The restaurant is Mediterranean inspired and run by head chef Jonathan Spiers. There is a vegetarian prominence to most of the dishes but there are meat options too for those that can’t do without!
I photographed the restaurant inside and out before setting up the studio lights for the food shots. We were then traded to ten dishes suggested by chef followed by two deserts. I can honestly say, I have never had such delicious vegetarian food, and I am not swayed lightly on the subject!
